Description

The measuring module with fiber optic sensors with BRAGG networks (FBG type), performs dynamic and static measurements on 1, 4 or 8 channels.

Depending on the dynamic range assigned to each sensor, up to 20 sensors can be measured simultaneously on each channel via standard fiber optic cable. They can measure deformation, stress, temperature, inclination, acceleration, pressure or force.

The fiber optic measurement sensors have unique characteristics: they are immune to electromagnetic disturbances, they do not require electricity supply, they are anti-ex, they have a long life, they do not require recalibration and can be mounted in cascade on the same cable.

Unlike other FBG interrogators, the machine has no moving parts, which ensures high reliability and accuracy.

The connection with the monitoring center is made with a single cable through which data transfers, synchronization and powering of the device are performed.

Supply can be done through PoE, or from an external 12 Vcc source.
